BGDM Member Films at Hot Docs 2023

Toronto, look out! BGDM is rolling in with almost 50 films showing at the Hot Docs Film Festival. Along with members, our current group of Black Directors and Sustainable Artist Fellows are also attending Hot Docs, where some of them will be meeting in person for the very first time! In addition to the bonding time, and getting to watch some BGDM members' films together IRL (including Sustainable Artist Fellow Jude Chehab's short film 300 Days of Sun), our Fellows will be participating in numerous networking opportunities provided by the festival, observing and taking notes at the infamous Hot Docs Pitch Forum, and participating in some relaxed, intimate lunch conversations with some of the best of the fest guests, industry and fellow artists alike.

Check out everything in the festival from BGDM members below!
