Biography
Shilpa Kunnappillil (she/her) is an Indian-American documentary filmmaker and editor based in Brooklyn, New York. She is a 2019-2021 Firelight Media Documentary Lab Fellow and a 2019 NeXt Doc Fellow. She has worked as an associate editor/assistant editor on documentaries and docuseries for HBO, Hulu, and more. She is also in production on her first feature-length documentary, The Road to Sabarimala .
