Biography
Patrice D. Bowman is a NYC-based colorist and online/finishing editor who has worked on documentaries, narratives, branded content, and commercials since 2018.
After she graduated with a B.A. in Film Studies from Yale University in 2015, she moved to New York City to pursue a career in media. In 2018 she established Bowman Pictures, her post-production company.
She provides online and finishing editing and coloring for the projects of talented filmmakers (who have screened at the Tribeca Festival and SXSW) and of agencies aligned with well-known brands, including Google and Nike.
Dedicated to making the art of color more accessible, she conducts color grading workshops for universities, film organizations, and private groups.
Previously, Patrice worked at Vice Media, Harbor Picture Company, and McGee Media.
