Malaika Woluchem

Malaika Woluchem⠀is a Brooklyn-based producer, researcher, and media maker. A first generation American, she focuses on projects that bridge the intersection of identity, politics, and our shared histories to raise the consciousness of its audience. Her recent feature documentary work is as archival producer of The Legacy of Black Wall Street⠀and as associate producer of BEBA. Malaika has also produced linear and interactive media for museums across the United States. In addition to documentary and museum media, she independently produces and directs videos for non-profit organizations including ACLU of Massachusetts, GLAD, Fenway Health, and OUT MetroWest.
