Cora Atkinson

Cora Atkinson is an award-winning filmmaker who Co-Produced the film Summer of Soul (…or When the Revolution Couldn’t Be Televised), which received the Academy Award Best Documentary Feature in 2022, and earned a Grammy, Peabody and Sundance prizes, among other awards. Her latest film, is a part of the critically acclaimed ESPN film series 30 for 30 entitled Jeanette Lee Vs., which chronicles the life of the Asian-American billiards player nicknamed “The Black Widow,” who at her peak became, improbably, one of the most recognizable figures in sports. Cora has also worked on projects with ESPN Films, RadicalMedia, Vanity Fair, Viceland, Discovery, National Geographic, Viacom and more.
