Sasha Leitmann

Sasha Leitmann⠀is a documentary filmmaker based in the Bay Area. She recently Associate Produced Reid Davenport's _I Didn't See You There _(2022), which won the Directing Award at Sundance this year. Sasha was the Co-Producer for The Big Scary “S” Word (2020), a documentary directed by Yael Bridge about the history and resurgence of socialism in American politics. She has edited union campaign videos for Time of Day Media and previously worked as Production Coordinator at Robert Reich’s Inequality Media, where she coordinated video shoots, conducted research, and managed the production line for videos about the American public policy and the economy. She graduated with a BA in Art History from Reed College.
