Ife Adelona

Ife Adelona⠀is a digital content producer and multi-media strategist with 7 years of experience across all aspects of production. As a 2020 Cynopsis Rising Star, she is a stand-out within her field. She began her career at BET on the live events production team. Ife has garnered positions in various parts of the industry, from music to film to non-fiction television. After working with BET, she went on to work in post-production at NBC’s late-night talk show: Late Night with Seth Meyers. Later, she applied her skills to the award-winning PBS broadcast series Art in the Twenty-First Century. As Art21’s Assistant Editor and Production Coordinator, she managed video footage for the New York Close-Up and Extended Play digital series as well as the Season 9 broadcast. She uses her professional skills to manage and track deliverables and facilitate the creation of films and digital content. She currently works at Smithsonian Channel as the Digital Associate Producer. She is skilled managing shoot logistics, research for non-fiction programming, scripting, and communications with various stakeholders. She has most recently worked on films and web shorts with independent creators. Ife holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Environmental Policy from Fordham University.
