Gabriela Alcalde

Gabriela Alcalde⠀is a Colombian-Cuban-American documentary filmmaker. Most recently, Gabriela was the Associate Producer on the upcoming PBS documentary, Latino Vote: Dispatches from the Battleground and the Netflix docu-series, _How to Fix a Drug Scandal. _Gabriela was the Archival Researcher on the Primetime Emmy-nominated documentary, _Divide and Conquer: The Story of Roger Ailes. _Her short film, _La Despedida, _premiered at the 2020 San Diego Latino Film Festival. She graduated from New York University with a B.F.A. in Film & TV and a B.A. in Art History. Gabriela was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and lives between Miami and New York City.
