Gopika Ajay is a documentary filmmaker and producer with a strong track record managing high-end commercial productions across Dubai, New York, and India. From Berlin Commercial Film Festival–shortlisted ads in the UAE to award-winning documentaries in New York and India, she has led both commercial and editorial projects with precision. Her expertise spans production budgeting, crew and talent coordination, and on-set logistics—working closely with directors, 1st ADs, and international vendors. Gopika brings sharp story instincts alongside solid operational skills, handling everything from script breakdowns and production scheduling to securing crew deal memos and tracking costs. Her debut short film, To the Plate, received recognition from the Pulitzer Center and Student BAFTA North America. With additional training in Marketing Analytics from Columbia Business School, she approaches production and storytelling with both creative insight and strategic thinking.
