Biography

Caroline Onikute is an award-winning Television Producer dedicated to telling bold and challenging stories.  A graduate of New York University, her career began twenty five years ago covering events both locally and internationally such as 9/11, 2006 World Cup. A natural love for organization and optimism, would see her exploring different formats with ease from long-form documentaries to commercials, music videos to most recently episodic television.

This experience in the fast-paced, competitive, and ever-evolving industry crafted an accomplished leader who can motivate staff around a core mission, while collaborating with the studios, networks and creative team to create an unforgettable experience for the viewer. Never one to shy away from sticky situations, Caroline is an expert smoke signal reader.  Her niche … helping creatives make riveting television.

Her television credits include Showtime’s Flatbush Misdemeanors, Paramount Believers, Netflix’s Sam Jay : 3 in the Morning, FUSE’s The Read with Crissle & Fury, A E’s 60 Days In, TBS’s Baratunde,  A E’s Undercover High, The Soul Train Awards, The TV Land Awards, The Way We Were: Barbra Streisand @Barclays Center and Celebrity Ghost Stories. Her feature films include the documentary Elena (SXSW 2013 Official Selection), One Angry Black Man (Urbanworld 2018 Official Selection) and Sons of the City.

She is also Executive Producer and Principal at Align Pictures.
