Biography
The daughter of immigrants, Brittany Douziech is a Los Angeles based film and TV music supervisor with 15 years of industry experience. Her diverse family and community introduced her to a variety of music, which helped cultivate her expansive musical palate.
Brittany began her career at FUEL TV, putting together creative music ideas and assisting on shows that featured weekly musical guests from Bad Religion to the likes of Chromeo and Public Enemy.
She eventually became the in-house Music Supervisor for one of the largest independent TV production companies in the US, Banijay North America (formerly Shine America, Endemol), where she worked across major cable and TV network shows for almost a decade before venturing out on her own.
During her first year as a full-time freelancer, Brittany had projects premiere at various festivals, including theatrically-released film, The Long Game, which won the SXSW Audience Narrative Award in 2023, and the documentary, Body Parts, which premiered at the Tribeca and AFI Festivals in 2022.
In addition to individually supervising documentaries, scripted film and TV, Brittany often works alongside veteran music supervisors Joe Rudge and Emmy-nominated music supervisor Frankie Pine, and has contributed to a variety of TV projects including Amazon’s A League of Their Own, Netflix’s From Scratch, Hulu’s Life & Beth, and Amazon’s Daisy Jones & the Six which was Emmy-nominated for Outstanding Music Supervision.
