Biography
Carla Gutierrez⠀ACE is an Emmy and Eddie nominated documentary editor. She edited the Oscar nominated films RBG and LA CORONA, and recently completed the Netflix Original documentary PRAY AWAY (Telluride, Tribeca).
Carla's most recent feature documentary is _JULIA _(Toronto, Telluride), about the great American cook and TV personality, Julia Child for CNN Films, Imagine Entertainment and Sony Pictures Classics.
Her work has received awards at Sundance, Tribeca, Berlinale, Outfest, Critic’s Choice Awards, National Board of Review Awards and DuPont Columbia Awards.
Carla is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures and the American Cinema Editors.
